We provide comprehensive support to help residents build the skills and confidence needed to navigate daily life independently. Our goal is to empower individuals, including those with more complex needs, to fully integrate into their communities while maintaining a sense of stability and self-sufficiency.

How We Work

we provide dedicated support for individuals with mental health challenges or emotionally unstable difficulties and or alongside a coexisting learning disability or an autistic spectrum disorder.

Our services operate 24 hours a day ensuring that the care we provide aligns with our core values of compassion, empowerment and individualised support.

The Managing Director Sharon Bailey Reason is a qualified social worker of over 30 years of experience and registered with Social Work England.
